Dr. Wolf Singer, Director of the Max-Planck-Institute for Brain Research will give a talk entitled,"Time codes Space In cortical processing".
Dr. Singer is a medical practitioner and scientist of the highest regard. He has been President of the European Neuroscience Association and Chair on the Programme Committee of FENS. He has published books ranging from philosophy of mind to dynamic of coordination of neural circuits. His research publications leap aptly between species and methods of inquiry, nimbly dissecting the most important questions in modern neuroscience.
